CP Box Office Policies

For your convenience and so that we may better serve you, our Box Office hours have been extended. Please call 845-298-1491 where the newly extended Box Office hours are:

5 days prior to opening - every night 6:00 to 9:00 PM.

After open till final performance - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00 to 9:00 PM.
All non-subscription tickets must be purchased as described below. We do not accept unpaid reservations. Payment may be made in one of the following ways:

1. Call the Box Office at 845-298-1491. Purchase your ticket by using your MasterCard, VISA or Discover Card. When you call, you will be asked to provide the following information:
   1. VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card Number with Expiration Date.
   2. the 3 digit vcode from the back of your credit card.
   3. Your billing street address and zip code.
   4. Say and spell your full name.
   5. Quantity of tickets desired.
   6. Date you would like the tickets for.
   7. An evening phone number where you can be reached.
   8. Specify number of tickets. Prices for non-musicals are: adults: $15.00, senior/child under 12: $12.00. For musicals, Prices are: adults $20.00, senior/child under 12: $17.00. Special events/fundraisers may have special pricing.
2. Purchase your ticket by mailing a check to the box office.

3. Tickets may be purchased by check, cash or credit card at the Box Office during regular Box Office hours or on the evening of performance, pending availability.
4. Tickets will be held for you at the Box Office.
5. Regrettably, there are no refunds. Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same play, pending availability, provided you contact the box office prior to your original ticket date.
